OAKBANK, MB: A1 Pest Solutions Inc is celebrating a busy start to summer, marked by local community involvement at Springfield’s annual Chicken Daze Community Festival and the addition of a new Pest Control Technician to its growing team.
The team at A1 were proud to sponsor Chicken Daze 2026, a much-loved community festival held in Oakbank, Manitoba. The annual event brought together families, local businesses, volunteers, and residents for a weekend of celebration, entertainment, and community.
In addition to sponsoring the festivities, A1 Pest Solutions entered its very own racing chicken, “The Feathered Fumigator,” in the Chicken Daze race. While victory proved elusive this year, The Feathered Fumigator delivered a spirited performance and represented the A1 team with plenty of determination and enthusiasm!
The A1 team also participated in the community parade, joining the festivities with two company vehicles, staff members, and a few squirrelly friends. Along the parade route, the team handed out candy, shared smiles with spectators, and enjoyed the chance to connect with residents.
