We have had problems with racoons in attic over many months and tried 2 pest companies with limited success.Racoons were trapped but kept coming back.A1 Pest Control, however, solved the problem ( at least for now).They installed cameras, went on on our roof to check where animals were coming in ( which the other companies refused to do, working only on the ground), found the spots, went into attic, sealed the entrances from both the inside and outside, and put down scent racoons do not like.It was a first class job of prevention.They came quickly, solved the problem where others could not and provided us with advice and guidance throughout the process.I recommend them as highly as it is possible to do as racoons can do real damage to your home and we were really getting worried until A1 arrived.

So the reason for this video is because this is where our cats need to be for the next 6-8 hours today March 31st, 2026 due to getting treatment for bed bugs yes it's a very tiny bathroom but this was the lady's idea at A1 I'm not happy about it because we have Two Senior cats who have to be enclosed in our tiny bathroom because of the spraying they are doing but I had no choice also because of my property managers Premier So I really hope the treatment works this time as I'm not going through this again Thank you

I wasn’t sure what was living in my building and causing so much damage. Sean and Matt immediately identified the problem as a RAT!! They set up a plan to trap the invader. Kept my numerous pets safe! Came out to Selkirk multiple times, always showed up in a timely manner. And were successful at ridding my building of a very difficult pest!!

I cannot possibly recommend A1 services enough!!! I had a wasp nest underneath my house siding. I phoned late afternoon on a Wednesday, and Sean (spelt the right way 😀) was there to help the next afternoon. He was very easy to talk to, and professional, and explained to me what needed to be done.I hadn’t realized that the boards were rotting underneath the siding, so that there were large holes that the wasps got into. Sean was very thorough about filling in the holes so that rodents, etc. couldn’t enter while also taking care of the wasps. And he cleaned up all the debris that the wasps had caused from the siding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend A1 to friends and family and will definitely call them again if the need arises. Thank you!!!

Have to thank A1 Pest Solutions and their technician Josh for the outstanding service provided to take care of a wasp nest at our home. We discovered the nest was located in a very tricky spot, inside our hot tub wood frame and the technician was very thorough and recommended the best course of action being that the wasps had somehow built the nest in behind some of the spray foam insulation. In taking concern over protecting any possible damage to the insulation or tub itself Josh applied a powdered solution all over the entry points inside the tub, by the entry/exit point of the hot tub frame where they are getting in as the best course of action. This has taken care of our wasp situation by ensuring the wasps tracked the solution to the nest to remove our problem and will allow me to seal up the hot tub frame so any future problems do not occur.
Truly appreciate the service and goes to show A1 has different options to provide to their customers depending on the individual nature of the issue. Will highly recommend A1 to anyone who's looking for excellent pest control services at reasonable and fair pricing.
