After using 2 different companies to help us with our unwanted guests, we still had a problem. We were told from a previous company to throw out most of our belongings( beds, couches, carpets, curtains and numerous decor and toys etc…) I was depressed and stressed from sleeping on an air mattress on the living room floor and living in bags and thinking about all the money we spent on those other companies. I had a great experience with this pest control company. After submitting an online request, I received a call within 24 hours to discuss their services with Sean, who was kind, helpful, and accommodating. He helped me book the earliest available spot.
On the day of the service, Randy, the technician, arrived on time and thoroughly explained all the services before starting. He was very personable, spent a lot of time on the job, and was meticulous in his work, ensuring every detail was covered.
Following the service, I received a follow-up call from the office manager, who was professional and friendly. She took the time to listen to any concerns I had, which I really appreciated.

Contacted these folks as it appeared we had unwanted guests.
Unpaid tenants, so to speak.
Small ones.
Never saw them, but they let us know they were there somewhere.
23 years here and never had any surprise guests, but there they were.
Marty & crew came out, evaluated our bungalow, and determined their plan of attack.
